Visual Systems & Services, a subsidiary company of Valtech Systems Group, Inc., has been in business since 1994. Jim Hackett, owner and president of both companies, is an International Communications Industry Association Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and a Certified Government Contractor (CGC).

Visual Systems & Services sells, installs, services and supports projection systems, plasma & LCD displays, digital video and audio servers, teleconferencing and command & control rooms. Products are provided to our clients through our direct relationships with manufacturers such as NEC, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Pioneer, 3M, Extron, Sony, Sharp, Crestron, Christie Digital, Polycom, Stewart Filmscreen, VideoCarbon and many others. We also provide law enforcement surveillance and patrol video systems to the US Government and agencies in the Western United States.

Recent projects include the highly successful Mars Explorer Rover landing by JPL/NASA and the Cassini-Huygens to Saturn Mission. We provided all projection, A/V components and consultation for JPL's mission control and executive conferencing applications (over 50 projection systems). The imaging has received international claim. In November of 2005 we completed re-screening the US Air Force's TACC Air Mobility Command Center located at Scott AFB, Illinois.

Services offered by the company include audio/video consultation & design, touch screen & custom LCD panel fabrication, cabinetry, consoles, turnkey projection & display integration, teleconferencing, digital video server technologies, control systems, programming and manufacturer liaison for large-scale projects. Through our sister company, Digital Factory, Visual Systems & Services provides custom metal work including store fixturing, kiosks, display mounting, custom LCD/Plasma bezels and extensive CAD design services.
